Body-Sculpting Power Training |
This 30 minute workout is made up of high-intensity cardio interval and resistance sessions. We get your heart rate going and your muscles toned and sculpted. Body-Sculpting Power Training is offered early in the mornings just for the early birds who want a good sweat after their cup of morning joe. We also offer it in the evenings for those who want to get the lead out after a long day at work. With this class, what you feel and look like are the main focus–we want to get you to sweat and get the results you want!
